to EVALI Corporation

formal agreement today in Seoul to jointly deliver, market and maintain
Kyberpass TrustPlatformæ solutions for B2B and B2C exchanges to
its clients and partners in the Asian e-commerce market.
Under the agreement, EVALI will act as a strategic business partner
to Kyberpass, marketing the Kyberpass TrustPlatform suite to the
Korean e-commerce industry, which analysts predict will be 19% of
the Asian EC market by 2003.

service and electronic tax invoicing system and Kyberpass« PKI-based
