The Kyberpass K2 E-mail Agent Plug-in is a robust and flexible secure e-mail plug-in that integrates with Micosoft Outlook '98, 2000, and XP providing protection (privacy/encryption) of messages using the standard, interoperable S/MIME protocol. The Kyberpass K2 E-mail Agent Plug-in significantly improves the management of security functions enhancing the user experience of Outlook and minimizing resource requirements on the enterprise. It plugs in seamlessly providing enhanced enterprise (two key pair) security, without mandating the user to learn complex PKI concepts.

Identrus Ready, this plug-in is fully compliant with Identrus specifications allowing Identrus members to send/receive digitally signed and encrypted e-mail with assurance via an OCSP check for real-time validity of the sending party. Designed for use within the Identrus system (but with compatibility for external secure e-mail applications) the Kyberpass K2 E-mail Agent Plug-in features include authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation associated with digital signatures as well as the privacy accommodated by encryption.
