For all Kyberpass courses, you have the following options when
registering for a course:
E-mail
Using the course list, locate the course you wish to take. Select
the appropriate date and e-mail your request to training@kyberpass.com.
Fax
Please complete and print your request (.doc or .pdf) and fax it
to us at fax number 613.727.8238. You may also attach your request
to an e-mail.
Phone
Please call 800.845.1140 (NA only) or 613.727.6556 and ask for Training.
Online Registration
Please fill out the Online Registration form (coming soon).

Payment
Payment information is required at the time of course enrollment.
Payment may be made by cheque (payable to: Kyberpass Corporation)
or Purchase Order (net 30).
Payments must be received 10 business days before the start of class.
If you choose to pay by Purchase Order, please provide the purchase
order number, and contact information.
PLEASE NOTE:
Travel arrangements are the students responsibility. In the
unlikely event that Kyberpass must cancel a course, Kyberpass assumes
no financial liability for any travel-related cancellation fees,
including non-refundable airfare. Please take this into consideration
when finalizing travel arrangements.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 7 business days
prior to the first day of class in order to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within less than 7 business days in advance are
subject to a 25% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for
no-shows.
In the event that Kyberpass must reschedule a class, students will
be notified at least 10 business days before the class starts. Students
will either be rescheduled in an upcoming class or will be given
a full refund.

On-site classes
When you have a project team that needs to come up-to-speed quickly,
we can bring the course to your facility. For further information
